Ā I have been meaning to write to you . I want you to know that I was very impressed with your customer service. I could not be happier with my car . I had a dealership just up the road from where I work , on Hwy 17 try to tell me that you were just a 'Mom "n" Pop " operation, and if you were going to let me have the Prius at the price listed that there must be something wrong with it. ( They had a red Prius, same history, about the same mileage, and they wanted 15,500.00 for it).

Ā Prior to purchasing this Prius, I owned a Toyota Echo.(I also own a Subaru Forrester that averages about 18-20 miles per gallon). I travel at least two hours per day for work. Unfortunately my Toyota Echo was totaled when a truck hit me from behind on August 19th 2014. I had been searching for a replacement Echo. Ā I had spoken to a co-worker who ask if I had ever thought about a Prius ? The gas mileage intrigued me. That was the very issue that started my search when I ended up with the Echo.

During my search for the Prius :

I had driven to Graham NC to test drive a 2008 loaded Prius. I drove to Loris South Carolina to test drive a 2010 identical Prius as I purchased from you . I also watched the local dealerships, and private owners on Craigs list to try to find the best deal for my money.

Little did I know that a dealership would end up driving the car to me ! Everyone was very nice . The only negative thing I have to say is that I believe the dealership should at the very least, have allowed the team who drove the car down, at least one night on the beach ! ( I am still trying guys !!) .

When I look for another vehicle, or one of my co-workers are searching, I will definitely recommend your dealership !

Ā I just wanted to express my opinion of the experience I had in making the purchase of my tundra last evening.Ā  That was without question the best car purchasing experience I have ever had.Ā  Your entire staff was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable.Ā  I felt like it was a team effort from all of you and everyone did an excellent job of making me feel very comfortable in your dealership.Ā  I personally can't stand a "pushy" type sales environment and was quite surprised to not feel any pressure at all from your staff.Ā  I tend to do my research thoroughly before going out to make any type of purchase so what I want when I am ready to make a final decision is to talk to a sales person who is knowledgeable about the product so I can make an informed decision, as opposed to someone trying to force their opinion on me, and a friendly atmosphere which is exactly what your dealership provided.Ā  Your sales person and your sales manager did a great job and I thoroughly enjoyed dealing with them.Ā  After the dreadful experience I had a Greenville Toyota, dealing with your staff was a breath of fresh air.Ā  I think your staff can vouch for me, I am not a difficult person to deal with but I sure could not deal with Greenville Toyota.Ā  Ā The difference in the dealerships is like day and night.

"I live in Greenville and usually only buy Fords or GMs, and from Greenville dealers for convenience. A few weeks ago, we went to your Washington location to look at a used car you had advertised online. When we arrived, all of the salesmen were busy with customers. David Cox spoke with us until someone was available. What a great person David is! He quickly learned our names and although I was not interested in a new Fusion, he noticed that my wife was. He handled that situation very professionally, urging us to take the Fusion for a test drive after we had test drove the used Avalon. We were hooked.


We bought it on the spot and drove it home, it was a great experience. After I got the car home, we noticed that it had some type of over spray on it. I took the car back a few days later, and your service department did a superb job getting it off without damaging the clear coat. Our salesman Brad met me and handled the loaner car task, very professionally apologizing for my inconvenience.
